One-Pan Pasta by Martha Stewart




6oz spagetti | 6oz chopped cherry tomatoes | 1/2 an onion, thinly sliced | 1 large clove of garlic, thinly sliced | 2 or 3 sprigs of basil | 2 tablespoons olive oil | 1tsp dried oregano | Sprinkle of chili flakes | Salt n pepper | 2 cups of warm vegetable stock | Grated parmesan 

Combine pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic, red-pepper flakes, basil, oil, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and water in a large straight-sided skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil mixture, stirring and turning pasta frequently with tongs, until pasta is al dente and water has nearly evaporated, about 9 minutes.
    1. Season to taste with salt and pepper, divide among 4 bowls, and garnish with basil. Serve with oil and Parmesan.

É importante comer essas coisas, espero que em algum momento têm a oportunidade de comer coisas tão rico que eu acho que vou comer algo en os restaurante de Vila Leopoldina
